As you develop healthy self-worth and love, You will find healthy routines to maintain your energy. Time-management and self-nourishment are the supporting factors for your health.
Without this it’s like marching the army of your immune system 100 miles before they go straight into a battle. For your immune system, battle is inevitable. We are around bacteria and viruses all the time. They are waiting for you to get tired and drain yourself. So keep yourself strong.
Good thoughts, avoiding worry and stress and loving yourself are the biggest ways to stay strong.
