When we embark on this journey to really discover what is underneath doubt, it can take us into the history of our relationship to our spirituality, our connection to God, and our connection to the mystical and the magical.

For example, if you had ancestors that were very religious, they may have gotten very strong messaging from their religion that, in turn, instilled a lot of fear surrounding mysticism and magic that was passed down on a very genetic level.

And this gets passed down through the generations in the active form of doubt.

Is it that they carried all of these beliefs about God and believed that God didn’t love them?

This can be different for all of us, all depending on where we individually came from.
