Friends we feel it too!
As this vortex of change keeps accelerating everything in life that has been stagnating our evolution and growth is brought to the surface to be cleared.
The next stage of this new world we are all birthing takes presence, faith and dedication to your highest self and your creation.
A mantra we used as Sarah birthed our youngest apply here as well, “ There is no way out, only through.”
It is not the time to avoid, shut down, or turn away.
If it’s overwhelming, now is the time to receive support, ask for guidance and take steps outside your comfort zone.
Our faith tells us that there is so much to receive on the other side of these labor pains.
I know that it can be hard to remember that as right now we as a country, planet and individuals are in the thick of it.
You are not alone, we are in it with you and we will hold space for you to tap into the higher knowing that there is something beautiful to behold on the other side.
This September Eric and I will be running some incredible ThetaHealing Courses Live and In- Person in Central Park.
We have a lovely group already gathered and are looking to add a couple more incredible souls to these courses.

Last week in our SoulGuide we explored Emotional Intelligence.
As Intuitives we can be an antenna for the emotions of the people around us and it can be quite overwhelming.
For the untrained intuitive, the sensations are dialed all the way up, and we will feel as those others emotions are our own.
In today’s SoulGuide clip, Eric will give you insight on what to do to start to become aware of where your emotions originate from.
He also shares a touching story of how we can get trained to suppress our emotions and show you how to retune your emotional intelligence.
When you develop emotional awareness it’s easy to wash other people’s emotions away with a clearing breath.
But If you are trained to shut down you are probably suppressing your own emotional expression.
Beliefs you may be carrying that contribute to this are….
“It’s wrong to cry”
“It’s unsafe to feel my emotions”
“To be strong I must shut down my feelings”
Ideally we want to develop a healthy relationship with our emotions so that we are not living in reactivity, passive aggressive tendencies, self harm or letting others walk all over our boundaries.
This is the important work to do.
Learn to embrace our emotions while releasing old hurts, pain and traumas that make our emotions unbalanced.
